Reports the report is missing mail in contributions, Eric says he will go to the post office tomorrow to get mail in contributions

Group contribution, are way down (10 percent)

Reports U-Haul amount will be cut in half due to new storage unit

Refund requested on zoom, 50 bucks, of 64.99 paid, refund request in process 

Automated monthly contribution, Eric got set up, but has to change membership language on plugin, is working go to vwhi page and click on donate, has option for monthly donation(new), has pricing for various books, tested and it works, Eric asks to check it out, and to provide feedback

Tony- asks if it is a monthly or one time, eric confirms both

Theresa – asks where to give cash, in person or go to web and mail, and can do it online with credit or bank card, or send a check 

Tom makes motion to approve treasure report, seconded, approved

Book Order complete  – 1080 books ordered, total $7,692.40

New literature chair Tom- 

Has books! Has 24 cases BB, 15 cases of 12×12, ten are spoke for for BB, asks to set up meet for Saturday early in the day, asks people to email him for day and time preference

Tom suggests 900 am Saturday (07/11/2020), at the H and I church , reiterates the email goes through the literature email address (literature@vwhi.org)

Cut off for orders, 6 pm 25th each month, given by tom

Item 2- H and I zoom speaker Series- 

H&I has zoom account, get in touch with treatment facilities, coordinator broadcast meeting, focus on message for confined acholic, potentially on Fridays

Awareness day chair – Harold, nominates Colby, Colby declines nomination

Service liaison (steering)- no stands 

 Two corrections positions

Juvenile coordinator – Star stands, no one else stands, Katherine motions to accept through acclimation, seconded by Theresa, motion passes 

Lewis prison coordinator – Bruce stands, qualifies, Eric  makes motion to accept through acclimation , Catherine second, motions carries, Bruce is new Lewis prison coordinator 


Eric- had first refund, a check was sent from business account, advised we were self-support, declining outside contributions, taking donations from individuals, left off of report

Michael- asks for transparency, unidentified person on the zoom VWHI business meeting (whats my name?)
