This Valleywide H&I Monthly Business Meeting lasts one hour and 15 minutes. We ask that you stay until the end to show respect to the Intergroups who give their reports at the end of this meeting.


CO CHAIRPERSON:​ JJ | Awareness Day went well. $$ report will be given at the next meeting.

Sorry I can’t be there! Congrats to JJ, Kolby and Awareness Day committee for a great event! Wishing you all a very happy holiday 🙂 Katy participated via phone from out of town.

TREASURER:​ Dennis |
Brought two reports: from last month and this month. Created a budget for $85,000; we are at $87,000 with a month to go. We spent $76,000 on literature up to November, which was probably another $12-15,000.

Sent his report to JJ. $6996.60 on 1,030 BB and 12×12 in November. Collected $72,500 in first three quarters of the year.

Thanked everyone for 2 years of service. Steering Committee approved November minutes; they are on the Web site. 479 unique visitors to the Web site.

SERVICE LIAISON:​ Tracey M. | Thanked everyone for the last 8 years. She is rotating out.

MCSO:​ Shawna |
Ruth L.: Alternate Delegate for Area 87 (Canada). Came in Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Shawna and Fred took her to Estrella. Wonderful visit; she spoke many places. Bridget Mack from MCSO: MOSAIC program to stay as-is. Meeting Monday 11:30 at Estrella was dark for months, now have two males going in and three people awaiting their badges will be able to rotate.

Shawna thanked everyone for her years of service.
